Went in at 7am this morning shelves empty, brand new counters at back of store no one serving no stock available. The bakery wasn't even producing anything so no bread. Couldn't get served at a till, only self check out. Miserable staff no help at all. Avoid if possible

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Morrisons located at Walderslade Rd, Princes Ave, Chatham, and I must say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience. From the moment I entered the store, I was impressed by the overall ambiance, product variety, and the exceptional customer service. One of the notable aspects of this Morrisons location is its spacious layout. The aisles are wide and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the store. The cleanliness and tidiness were also commendable, creating a pleasant shopping environment. Throughout my visit, I found it convenient to locate the products I needed due to the clear signage and well-stocked shelves.Morrisons in Chatham offers an extensive range of high-quality products. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, meats, bakery items, or household essentials, you'll find a wide selection to choose from. The fruit and vegetable section, in particular, stood out with its fresh and vibrant assortment. Moreover, the store's bakery section was a delight. The aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries was irresistible, and the quality of the baked goods I purchased was exceptional. The meat department also offered a good variety of cuts, and the staff was helpful in assisting me with my selection. What impressed me the most during my visit was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with any inquiries. They were readily available, and their knowledge about the products was evident. It was refreshing to receive such attentive and personalized service, which added to the overall positive experience.Another aspect worth mentioning is the availability of various services within the store. The Morrisons in Chatham offers convenient facilities such as a pharmacy, ATM machines, and a café, which are great for a quick break or addressing any additional needs while shopping.Parking was also hassle-free, with ample space available, making it convenient for customers to access the store.Overall, my experience at Morrisons in Chatham was highly satisfying. The store offers a pleasant shopping environment, a vast selection of quality products, and outstanding customer service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting this Morrisons branch for all your grocery needs.

This store has gained in popularity since the people from the borough's of London migrated into the surrounding counties. I'm elderly and don't alike crowds so I don't visit Morrisons as much as I used to. Although I like the store. Prices are a little high but overall the quality is good

Great choices but not too clean , the entrance is very dirty and in need of a fresh decor , I have visited a lot of Morrisons branches but this one is definitely needs more attention.Staff very helpful but the way the entrance is designed is not up to scratch.

Hard to score as only wanted a small wholemeal loaf with spelt for my mum, which they didn't have but got her a good alternative. They had loads of different loaves. Shop seemed generally very well stocked, but I made a bee line for the bread. Lots of parking and the whole car park and shop is on ground level and very flat. Plenty of both self service and manned tils.

Honestly, for a food supermarket, the music is top tier. I go for the tunes and the reduced items!! Great little supermarket.

Nicely refurbished store. Good selection of goods at fair prices.

I can see why there is so much food poverty at the moment... 2 nights worth of food for 5 people and a few snacks £53.... Supermarkets are literally bleeding the life and soul out of the England's economy.

I?m sorry to say but what shambles, I attended my local Morrisons walderslade Tuesday afternoon. Just need a few things so looking at 10 mins tops.On arrival a group on staff were leaving the store all heading to an area for smoke, ok so in I go as wondering around looking for my items I was amazed of all the empty shelves. So lack of produce.I wanted to asked a member of staff for something but no-one about. At this point I should have walked out but I got the few bit that were on the shelf?s and headed towards the checkout.Out of the 6 self checkouts only 2 were working and they were card only. As to the normal checkout only 2 were in use and the queue. So would I recommend Morrisons No.would I used Morrisons no.

Only went in for hot food counter it was 11:30, the counter was minging, most of the trays where emty but what was there looked burnt and not very nice looking. I saw another customer ask for something that was not there and the staff member said they would have to wait as they had other things to cook first! Not very helpful either I would say. Really disapointed, compared to the experience I have had at other stores, was expecting so much more.
