Just come to areas seems like a really busy pharmacy the front if house staff are excellent and the pharmacist is very helpful and understanding you can ask anything and there more than happy to help.

Was referred by GP practice, under the NHS Pharmacy First service. Rang them up and they fitted me in. Very friendly staff and very efficient service. Thank you

Called the pharmacy at around half 4 to see if they had item instock. Was advised they did and I asked what time they were open till and would it be ok to collect later and advised by the female that answered the phone this would be ok. My child is extremely poorly so asked my husband to grab on his way home for him to get there and be told they won't help till tomorrow as late this is at 17:45. They then completely ignored him when he tries to question why I was advised otherwise. Rude when worried parents just want to make their child better. Won't take my custom there again!!!Edit time as pharmacy sarcastically responded I seem to have muddled my times up...Still no apology for the shocking service though!

Very poor service. They do not want to process the prescription. They wouldn?t follow up for the prescription issued by the Medway Maritime Hospital. Wouldn?t recommend such Pharmacy to anywhere.

Main pharmacist is extremely rude, demanding to see my issue before even letting me speak despite having been referred by GP for the issue and showing photographs. Once I explained that I was already taking the medication available over the counter he then ignored me - probably because I wasn?t then going to buy anything.The lady behind the counter is personable and the only thing the 1 star can be attributed to. Would not go back or recommend anyone else to go there.

I won't be going back...it would have to be an absolute emergency. Depending on your expectations as a customer. The The head pharmacist is arrogant, rude and inconsistent with his interpersonal skills. I've had to make several trips regarding prescriptions I've needed and between the gp practice and pharmacist turned into a nightmare with neither taking full responsibility. ? He is not approachable and never accountable nor apologises when he has made a mistake. Thankfully we have choice so he is definitely not up there with his people's skills in general. You're suppose to be offering a service of quality and professionalism and he has lacked that for years!
