From the moment I placed the order, they consistently kept me in the loop by sending status updates via email at every stage. Although I had purchased a Hitachi fridge with the expectation of direct delivery from the brand, they unfortunately couldn't deliver to my location. However, KDH impressed me with their swift response. They promptly stepped in, arranging a delivery themselves. The speed of the delivery was truly remarkable. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
