Having only been working for Home Instead Medway for almost 3 months now I can confidently say they are the best care company/organisation/charity that I have worked for. Home Instead Medway have shown and offered me the most support I have personally experienced in the care industry and made me feel part of the team instantly. Before joining Home Instead I wasn?t in the best of places in many ways, becoming part of the team was the key to turning that page and creating a new chapter. Highly recommend Home Instead to anyone wanting to be part of the care industry or receive the care and support on the other end of the scale as a client. I have been working for Home Instead Medway, Higham & Shorne for over a year now and I can honestly say that in all my years as a caregiver this is by far the best company I have worked for.
