“For a few decades I’ve used this store, for major jobs and minor. Reason for this is it’s easier to park than other stores of this type and the trollies are easily accessible. The store is set up very well and unlike other stores they don’t tend to move items to other isles, leaving you searching for them. I walk in knowing what section to walk to and get what I need. The isles are wide enough to navigate and not a hardship or ordeal to shop. My only gripes are that some staff over the years have been rude sometimes, a young man on the till dropped my items from heigh into a bag I was holding aggressively, to the point it jolted my shoulder each time… Also obviously there’s only two main tills, so when it’s busy in store, you’ll have to queue. Many people also drive out the car park the wrong way instead of following the one way route, which isn’t the stores fault, just an observation. Overall product wise I’ve never had any issues, so from my personal experience I recommend this store.”
