Was told that they would open half an hour later due to shortage of staff. Don't understand how that affect me. It only takes one person to push the button on the machine. ? I guess hiring staff that barely looked 17 amounts zero farks given.

I use this store most days as working in the high street. By far the best greggs I have been too ... top rate sttaff! ...always friendly and helpful.... always clean and food always 5 star ... highly recommended!!!

Natalia was my server. Prior to Natalie serving me she had stood there talking to another member of staff while I waited at the till (at full knowledge of me being there) she then had started talking to a different member of staff and had stopped serving me, not very good customer service skills?
