I have waited 1hour and half just to get told the tyre size i needed was not in stock. Then i got told that the tyre was being ordered for the following day and they would call me back. The next day i chased them up emphasising that i need the new tyre to be installed ASAP - never heard back from them. Time wasters so i went to Medway Tyres LTD, friendly staff and done the job in 20 min.

Went there with what I thought was a slow puncture today. Turned out it wasn't, it was a rim leak just an adjustment and clean of the rim on the alloy, and all fixed. They didn't charge either. Great job guys, fast and friendly service .

Rude staff and poor work!!I made a phone appointment to fix a tyre. I went there on time and was trying to park the car close to the garage. A tall white guy (probably in his 30?s or 40?s) screamed at me!!! He was suggesting ?Hey, don't go there?!!! His attitude and demeanour were very rude and humiliating to me. I didn't know why he screamed at me.Then a lady came out and explained to him that I was there with an appointment.Later I asked why did you scream at me? He thought I was there to park my car!!?? He never apologised for his rude behaviour towards me!!!They fixed the tyre and I paid £20 but I had to replace it the next day. Because they could not fix it. It went flat again just after an hour.I will never go there again!!

Do not go here! car passed its mot with brakes metal on metal and now at a different garage getting a tyre replaced because the beading was ripped on placement.

Partner worked here for 12 years, and the reputation wasn?t exactly the best then. We?ve taken both our vehicles here every year for services, MOT?s and repairs through loyalty.Every time we have dropped a car to the garage, something has gone wrong within days after, we always put this down to coincidence.Partner has a check/interim service on Saturday, and on Sunday his back box fell off. Though this is wear and tear on a car, the check at the garage included complete exhaust system. On ringing them today, they told him all they do to check this, is wobble the exhaust. What on earth are we paying for in general if an exhaust check is wobbling it? And even so, wobbling the exhaust they would have noticed the back box was almost ready to fall off.Makes us doubt that the car is serviced properly. We have to trust these checks in order to maintain our cars to standard because we need to trust them to put our children in them.This garage is not worth the money we spend on maintaining our cars.Though he had some loyalty coming here, we will not be back.

I like the way I'm treated here, would have been 5? if the company didn't continue to add £25 for oil on a service.....Still highly recommend this branch.
