I just phoned about an item in stock which I need because I have an open wound and they said ?No? before I even finished saying the name of what I was enquiring about.Extremely rude and I have zero confidence they knew what I was asking for.

We have recently changed over to Shirley Avenue Delmergate. The service has been outstanding, we have never had to queue or wait for the prescription more than 5 minutes, staff are very helpful and always polite. My medication is hard to get hold of but they have twice now tracked some down.

Living locally, I've always used this pharmacy. I attended today to be told they didn't have my prescription item in stock, when I politely declined the substitutes offered and asked for my prescription back, so that I could get the item elsewhere, the pharmacist was incredibly rude and stroppy. Definitely won't be using them again which is a shame as I prefer to use local smaller businesses rather than online or supermarkets.

The pharmacy lady is rude she is very abrupt as if she doesnt want to help and makes me feel like I'm just a burden it's almost as if she hates her job and wants you out of her shop. On the other end of this the rest of the staff are so nice and friendly who will put themselves out to help and make sure you are ok. I think the main pharmacy lady should learn from her staff on manners and how to talk and treat people or if she hates her job that much please leave and let someone who cares about its customers take over.
