Wait ages for a toastie. Not the first time either! Tried then, to give me a burnt toastie.!After complaining another was toasted. 30 mins from start to getting my meal.

Its ok, can't comment on the drinks as only purchased sandwiches. Rather disappointing as label states made fresh but bread was soggy and tuna dry. Should have stuck with known chain brand.

Awful.. chairs are filthy dirty and stained, place was generally grubby all round.
All food we had was tasteless and labels on toasties were misleading.. a 'pulled pork' one actually contained, a small amount of pulled pork with cheese and caramelised onion.. disgusting and not what was expected or wanted.
Hot chocolate wasn't very hot... will never return here again. Not sure if it has changed hands or just gone down hill but when I used to come here a couple of years back it was really nice.. not now, bloody awful.

Toilet filthy, no toilet roll or hand towels available so I had to go and ask for someone to provide some, had a sriracha chicken panini which was vile, dry bread, tasteless cheese, no other sauce aside from a smattering of the sriracha - surely you would mix with mayo or something to compliment? Not particularly hot considering how long it took to heat up, and far too expensive. The coffee freezer I had was OK though, stick to cold drink options and you might have a better experience.

Awful cheese.
I bought a BBQ chicken panini. I have to say the chicken was lovely and moist and tasty. What was not nice was the cheese that was used. It tasted.. sweaty and was deeply unpleasant.
It seemed like only the chicken had been marinaded in the BBQ sauce, rather than any sauce being in the panini. I could be wrong about that but if it had sauce in there, I could barely taste it.
It was a real shame as I was so happy to find a panini in Chatham.
Staff were lovely. Atmosphere was great. Just the sandwich cheese was the worst. Please change it.

Good coffee. Spacious seating area. Relaxed atmosphere. When I visited it was cash only, normally this would have put me off as I don't normally carry cash, it suited on this occasion. We will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious areas and ramps make it great for access.

I come here frequently because it?s a huge space and there are always tablesThe coffee used to be excellent what Sam worked hereSince then the coffee costs more and really poor quality and waterySo it you want space, wifi is hit and miss but coffee is expensive and not worth it for the price
