Has a good selection of products but I really object to either becoming a member or being overcharged for my shopping. This is all too common now. I am one of those people who do not want my shopping habits tracked and shared by large companies. What it also means is that if the non club member price is too high,I just don't buy it.The Co-op are a very large company so their prices could be more competitive.This branch has friendly staff,has fresh bread daily plus rolls and buns etc. They have take away sandwiches etc and offer a meal deal for 3 items.They have some parking spaces to the front and side of the store but often these are full.There is a ramp and some stairs to enter/ exit so wheelchair users and those with mobility issues can enter but not that the aisles are quite narrow.If you're in a hurry,they have 2 express checkouts but I believe they are card payment only.

Overpriced given what a big company they are. They really need to bring in a wider range of their own brand goods especially in these difficult times. On the plus side there is fresh bread,rolls and cakes, fresh fruit and veg,meat,cheese etc. Staff are pleasant but there's not enough of them and I really think they need to lose the auto checkouts. They have long opening hours and a few parking spaces outside.

Friendly but short on stock

Long time customers of the Co-op, this is a branch new to me, having just moved into the area, difficult to give a fair review after one visit, so might update in due course, usual stock at familiar prices, staff helpful and pleasant, sited on a busy through road at crossroads, cars parked partly on pavement, access might be a problem for mobilty scooters and the like.

Very rude staff. My boyfriend who is 19 tried to buy an energy drink and was asked for ID Even though he had tattoos (which you have to be 18 for) and he's also in his work uniform (which you have to be 16 to work) and was refused a sell because he had no ID on him.
I would just like to remind you that 'think 25' is for products for over the age of 18. I'm very angry about this and she was very rude to him!
