Always polite and efficient when handing over held parcels.Parking space is limited to 2 and you'd be very lucky to get one of these as staff seem to nab them. Parking is available over the road in a pay and display park.

They close the shop early when they are not supposed to. Several times I've gone there when google says their open and its pitch black and they have gone home early. What's the point of saying you're open when you're not?

Only open 8 till 10 mon to sat for collecting. Update your website to show this so we dont waste our time going within advertised times. Useless as always.

Why does the postman deliver one lot of mail to my house at 11am then a further delivery at 1.00 pm all the rest of my post together with all the post for the named houses in balfour Rd have been delivered to the pub across the road . Not acceptable .Then Best st surfing office do not answer the phone .Please remember post charges are extremely expensive now not avheap option.

Reduced open times 'Due to Covid' literally open for 2 hours of the day, no one ever answers the phone. Trying to locate my parcel for the last few weeks has been a complete joke. Royal Mail website is also as worthless and no of help what so ever.
