1. Need to learn to pick up the phone, rung 17 times 2 hours before my appointment to confirm it was still going ahead.2. Staff are rude when being asked questions about appointments.3. Steve (Probation officer) was rude and tried to aggrevate me when I needed help with my case and assessment.4. Will be seeking legal action due to being failed by the probation service.Would give zero stars if it was possible!!Not happy at all!!
