The staff here are so lovely, especially Pia and her colleagues are fun, friendly and polite, always happy to help. I actually look forward to popping in, getting some M & S goodies and seeing their welcoming faces. Thank you ladies and all the staff at my Chatham BP, M& S garage, you're part of my coming home, getting a few essentials and treats on no cook nights. We appreciate you.

Appalling service as always they never ask if you have a bp rewards card straight away it's are you paying cash or card but as soon you say or show the rewards card they huff and puff, as they have to cancel the transaction and start again.Staff need training on customer service skills This happens all the time hence I stopped going there, thought I'd give it another go but nothings changed still the same.. You need to employ people with good customer service skills people that actually want to work not people who don't care and can't be bothered....

Not a proper wild bean, don?t bother charging here, ridiculously expensive and nothing to eat or drink whilst here.

If honest I found this petrol station quite a stressful experience. Nothing worse than needing to use the toilet and refuel ya van when you find there are two entrances right by each other and your hanging out the forecourt blocking the road as a driver decides to divert to your nearest pump, rather than one they are lined up for.Walking in the store seemed nice and clean, but the service to pay for fuel and give the vehicle registration left the cashier looking confused.. Not sure what's confusing about pressing a few buttons, but each to their own. Not sure if or when I'll next be working in area but may have to look for a different better laid out BP forecourt as hanging on to the highway whilst waiting to fuel isn't good for disabled passerby or traffic.

Too expensive. Marks and Spencer food in site, also too expensive with some named items being double the price that they can be found in shops locally. There is parking at the rear but it's down a steep slop. One disabled parking space on the forecourt. Hot drinks and snacks are available to take away as well as sandwiches etc. I go there because it's local for buying fuel but try to avoid buying anything else dye to high prices. There is a free to use cash machine onsite

Very friendly staff and toilets are always available and clean. My only complaint is that sometimes the coffee is not available as it?s on a cleaning cycle. Come on BP head office they should have 2 coffee machines by now.. other sites do!!
