Horrid service as usual, all I wanted was cream for my dying Nan to .ake life more comfortable due to eczema but this Pharmacist was truly abysmal.
I truly hope she never has to go through this with her family

Abbi and her staff treat treated me and my son so well! This was his first eye test and it was made so easy by all of the staff at Boots Chatham. Very efficient, clean and warm atmosphere. They listen to both our needs and we felt heard. Would recommend to anyone that needs help with their eyes! Thank you so much, my son can?t wait to collect his glasses ?

The service can be slow but I am always grateful when I go to get a prescription on the day they do it there and then I will wait as long as it takes for this service.

Claire at Strood Boots Opticians was absolutely amazing! Claire was patient and so helpful? had a great experience visiting and looking forward to my return visit to get my eyes tested and order my new specs??

I had an flu jab booked for a specific time, 20 minutes later no explanation for the delay, no management of expectations. The store was not even busy. I walked out and have no intention of ever returning.

Went to pick up my collect my glasses and arrived to find out they didn?t have them? no call to let me know they didn?t have them yet, they just let me get down there to tell me they didn?t have them. Not to mention I was booked in to pick them up at 2:45 so they?ve had all day to contact me! For something as important as someone?s vision you?d think there would be some form of communication?.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Poorly staffed and long queues as the medicine counter queue is merged with the prescription queue ... Turning a quick trip for some painkillers into an epic queue-fest. Staff are slow. Pharmacists are late for work. If you want to contract an illness queuing up with ill people for far longer than necessary, then come here.

This is a large and very good store. It is pleasant to visit and well stocked. There isn't an over-abundence of staff, especially at the check-outs, but if you manage to find one, they are helpful and friendly.
