“Greeted by a helpful lady on arrival.Our query was delt with by a delightful lady who took us into a cubicle for privacy where she explained things to us in detail and also made us aware of other Santander products.(Upgrading to a new phone can be a little tricky when it comes to online banking.)However, Santander security is excellent even though inconvenient at times.”

“I went there today because of suspected fraud and got not only this done but many other things I wanted to do for ages. I received an absolutely fabulous service from Janine. She has been the kindest the most professional and helpful, despite the fact that I came with many different problems. Did not send me away to the website like some other people do but helped me there and then immediately. I am so grateful! This is a model customer service as it used to be, before the horrible telephone banking. Please do not close the Chatham branch!”

“Only four stars , mainly due to their opening hours. They close at 3:30 pm why ? Many other banks close at 4:30 or 5pm .Staff polite and customer service is good . Sometimes you have to quee which is expected in any bank. Gillingham branch is closed so the that remains is Chatham.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Sue in Customer Service. I had left a 3 pack of kitchen towels at the self service checkout after having paid for them. Four days later I contacted Customer Service to ask if they had been found. I was told that they had and as I still had the receipt, I could collect them from customer services. Such an easy resolve.Thank you Sue”
“I had some issues with opening a new bank account online. So I visited the branch and the lady at the reception was very helpful. And then I was redirected to meet one of the officers there, Sean. He was very helpful and polite. He sorted out my problems with ease. I was really happy and satisfied with the service provided by the Chatham branch. Once again I would like to thank Sean.”
