Referred for emergency prescription by 111 only to be fobbed off when I arrived. Luckily 111 were able to reroute my request to another nearby pharmacy who were efficient in processing my request.

Abysmal service today - waited 2 weeks & went in to collect prescriptions following call to say they were ready. Signed both prescriptions, only to realise one hadn't been dispensed. Went back to ask for it, garbled message about being 'returned to the spine' with no explanation. 2 missed opportunities to tell me there was an issue in supply, and now I've signed for medication I haven't received - appalling. Absolutely dire service, will be changing pharmacies.

Shocking I've been in 5 times this week either closing or closed everything with a little printed sign giving different opening times non of which are stated on the website

Hi, the pharmacy hours need to be updated on the website as I have tried to pick up my prescription twice this week after work but each time the pharmacy has been shut even though it says it open online

My second time here, and I am very happy with the service provided. They had the medicines prescribed, and the staff dealt with me (and everyone else as far as I could see) carefully and professionally on both occasions. Very happy to recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
