Have been coming here years now to get my nails done... I can't recommend them highly enough!! Always great service ! very polite and never come out disappointed with what I ask for Won't use anyone else for my nails thank you ??

I asked for Biab and was offered to get acrylic instead and now I know why! The lady didn?t apply the biab correctly and just painted it on like it was nail varnish which you are not supposed to do and hence why my nails ended up looking like this. I asked for them to be changed and she kept saying it?s my nails when my nails have never looked like that in all my years of getting them done. Feel she rushed and was quite rough when doing my nails. Overall I will not be going back here. To have me leave your shop after paying £38 for that is outrageous.

Couldn?t recommend this place more! This is my second time going and both times I?ve had acrylics done by Lynda and she is just incredible. She does it so quickly but the details are perfect. All throughout the process she made sure I was happy with the design and made me feel very comfortable. It?s a lovely shop and everyone there is so nice! Plus the prices are very good for what you get , definitely my new fave nail shop??

I would put a 0 star review if I could. I got my nails done here 30th of June, By the 2nd 2 of my nails that I had just paid £45 for!!! Had fallen off I didn?t have time to call them as I work during the day. It?s such a shame as I usually don?t ever try anywhere new. I had too as I needed them done for the weekend, I tried to call on Saturday morning only once as I was going out and it went to voicemail I didn't really have enough time and then by the Monday (Today) 5 nails had fallen off and they are lifting. I called them again they said I can come down and PAY for a full set again, why would I want to do that when my nails didn?t even last a week!! Didn?t give me any help what so ever, said that I should have called in on the Tuesday, I explained that I couldn?t have done that and that was all. Will never be returning absolutely appalling. Only use this salon if you want you nails to last a week! Considering the pricing aswell you would think they would last longer than 2 days!! I expected the customer service to be more helpful then they was. Clearly they don?t care about the name of the salon and their customers also!! Wouldn?t have even put this review up but £45 is a lot to loose!!!

Pedicure with gel polish was not done to an acceptable standard. The colour I chose wasn't offered and changed to something else. The quality of the nail polish wasn't great leaving a bumpy streaky finish. And the edges are so badly applied it does not look professional. I was also charged more than the price list advertised. I do not recommend. Will have to spend another £80 somewhere else to fix it.

I recently visited American Nails & Salon and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were incredibly professional and attentive throughout my visit. I always leave this place with a smile

The service was awfull showed a picture of what I?ve wanted the guy started doing he?s own thing without listening of what I was telling him I?m absolutely disgusted with the outcome!!! DO NOT OFFER ANYONE TO VISIT !!!!

I went for a Biab refill, apart from having a rough nail file session it?s only one week and the colour is already chipping. What?s worse?it cost £5 more than other places.

Absolutely lovely, polite people who are super super patient; I go for complex designs/shapes and all the technicians are very skilled at recreating them as well as adapting to what I want done. They offer a wide range of services and mediums for your pampering sessions, with the atmosphere of the salon, it?s hard NOT to relax. My nails are always so affordable for how they turn out and I?m grateful for choosing this place and sticking with them. I couldn?t recommend them any more ???

Went into have my nails done, not by the usual technician it was a man the acrylic is all over my fingers and wipe down over my cuticles. When he was drilling he drilled near the cuticles which made them bleed in the end I walked out.

last 3 times I got my nails done they were lovely, couldn?t stop talking about them! ladies were great at what they did and made it easier for me to stay calm and relaxed as I suffer with seizures. Unfortunately my 4th time in, one of the men did my nails and he was very rude. I would try to make conversation and get ignored which already made me feel very uncomfortable, he kept tugging at my hands and didn?t even remove my other nail polish properly before my next colour, which you can now see hints of it under my new set. Was very upset as it?s my natural nails, I don?t get acrylics and paid £30! only got them done a week ago and having to go back in tomorrow. Will only let the ladies do my nails from now on.
