We always enjoy the food at Jasmine House, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is spotless. It's definitely worth the drive and we will certainly be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Jasmine House in Charing. The staff were absolutely fantastic ? friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was comfortable, and their warmth really set the tone for the evening. It was clear that they truly care about making every guest feel valued. The personal touch really stands out here.
The food was absolutely top-notch ? fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the Lobster with ginger and spring onion served with crispy noodles, crispy aromatic duck with pancakes, sweet and sour pork (Hong Kong style), and Singapore noodles. Each dish was cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with energy and good vibes. What truly stood out, though, was the sense of community the staff fosters. When it came time for birthday celebrations, the entire restaurant got involved, creating a joyful, inclusive ambiance that made the evening even more memorable.
The service and vibe were awesome, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable, even with the lobster we ordered.
It?s a great value for such high-quality food. I?ll definitely be back!

Visited this place tonight service was so poor there was 4 of us 2 got our meals the other 2 got theirs just as we finished ours we went out to eat togeather we asked twice where the food was and was told it will only be a minute a good 15 mins later we asked again was told by a manager that we ordered separately which we did but we did all want to eat togeather. There was no apology which would of been a nice gesture. Was made to feel like it was our fault for ordering seperatly Would not recommend and would not go back .

Been here a number of times over the years, I didn't realise how spoilt i was until I went to a chinese restaurant near the excel london witch was terrible.
The staff hear a away welcoming and attentive without in your space.
The food is excellent, beautiful pre pared and presented.
Twice I have been here with a member of the party that were chinese Virgins, both left total converts.
Please come and try for yourselves.
