Had a very disappointing experience on Valentine?s day. Entered the restaurant and was greeted by a couple suggesting that we leave, they had waited 2 hours to be brought their starters. We ended up staying as we knew it would be difficult to get in somewhere else. We waiting one hour for our starters and another 40 minutes for our mains. This was such an annoyance as we had booked in advance and had plans after the meal. After two and a half hours in the restaurant we ended up getting our desserts to take away and just went home. We were so tired and the atmosphere was dreadful. Other customers were extremely frustrated, and staff were clearly frustrated with the kitchen staff. Very upsetting end to our day, we hope Zizzi can learn from this as it is people?s hard earned money being spent on something below mediocre. Lastly, whilst the staff recognised the issues in the restaurant they completely failed to remedy the situation nor apologise to the customers still waiting for their food while they were cleaning up for the night.

My initial visit was not good, as I was turned away when I initially entered zizzi's as a walk in customer. I was told by Christina that they were short of staff on a Sunday, and I could not be seated due it being busy despite there being vacant tables. Christine went on to say that they had bookings thats why they were empty tables. She then told.me to come back.in 1 hour. I returned after 5 mins, as when I was walking away I saw people leaving and I was seated. Ivana who was behind the bar was very un helpful, and did not even smile or greet us. We sat next to the table which was supposed be reserved, but no one ever came. This was sad to see as three people in front us were also turned away. An old couple came in shortly after us, and were turned away by ivana, as she said the only had one chief. They were very sad but left politely. I would expectd zizzi's staff to treat its customers much better than this, as it made my experience very unpleasant. On a positive note, the food was nice and the waitress named Olivia was amazing. She smiled and was very attentive, despite being the only member of who seemed to working. Ivana spent most of her time standing by the heater at the bar in front of the screen. Just want to say a massive thank you Olivia, who turned what was a horrible experience. Into a pleasant one. She is a true cr credit to the business, and her colleagues should learn from her. I think the service was poor here. The building is absolutely beautiful and the food was ok. However, I would not rush back.

Carma Silva was excellent on service, and when food was served even one of the chefs ( Marian Milea ) handed some of the plates. Thank you for great staff and food

I been at zizzi on Friday night our server was Marius. Very nice experience the food was excellent and the server very friendly. I will come back soon.

I can't give Zizzi any less than 5?. We opted for the Christmas set menu. There were plenty of choice alongside the Christmas specials.

The pizza was not cooked properly,it was really soggy, and the dough was extremely undercooked; I could taste the raw dough. I always order the same pizza at Zizzi, but this one was really disappointing. Additionally, my partner?s pizza was also undercooked; only the edges were crispy, while the rest was doughy. Overall, we were extremely unhappy!

I enjoyed the new garlic bombe offerings and the pulled pork pizza was very tasty!
The pasta on the other hand was so, so, a little bland and overcooked.
But it's not my first Zizzis visit, so not completely put off. Will deffo would come again!
