I checked on the website before I went and it said they had the item I wanted in both sizes to try. Useful! The queue was quite long on the ground floor when I entered, busy. I looked around ground and 1st floor and found what I wanted but only in 1 size. I was directed to changing rooms on the ground floor. The tills weren't active on 1st floor. The skirt was too big as I thought. I asked one of the assistants about the other size. Very helpful, she rushed off to the stock room to get some others aswell. No, it wasn't there. Whether it was in the wrong place, or the stock count is wrong. Don't count on the IN STORE 100% when visiting. Will have to order on online ? as I was leaving, glad I wasn't buying anything as the queue was out the door. I can't stand for that length of time. For 3 floors just to have 1 till open is not a great idea.The star is for the assistant!

Every time I go into Zara in Canterbury, I leave empty handed. The tills on the top floor are never open, and a massive queue on the ground floor. No point.

£7.99 rack a myth. Despite queuing for almost half an hour and knowing the deal I had for two jackets was too good to be true, I did so anyway. What I find most irritating is the men?s is on the second floor and between that and the till is no one to ask, nor prove, that the items were taken off the so-called, mythical ?£7.99? rack. I was charged full price and obviously left as protestations to the ?£7.99 rack? were not entertained. Perhaps this shop should re-examine their management structure or look at how this nonsense actually occurs. The same racks in the women?s section are a mess, the shop a disgrace and the queues ridiculously long. Something I could tolerate for an exceptionally, too-good-to-be-true deal. Turns out it was. First time in the shop, will never be back. Nor anyone else I tell this story to.

Nice range of quality clothing. But at 60 id prefer a seperate till in mens dept instead of queuing with the gen z girlies eager to buy the latest must haves.... i felt like a teacher with a school trip.... pleasant staff tho.. ?

Only two tills working in the whole store. Huge queues, lasting about 40minutes. 2/3 staff I spoke with were unapologetic and dismissive. Unreasonably didn't take money off of damaged clothing item. Expected better customer service from Zara.

Sadly my experience wasn't good, looked like a jumble sale, either poorly managed or under staffed.. I wanted to walk out! I found the shoes I wanted and had to queue for 25 mins, I then brought a bag and went to a different till where the lady was rude and arrogant and charged me for an item left previously on the till. When questioned and asked for a refund, she huffed and puffed with no apology! Awful for a first experience and I won't be back!

Zara not once but twice you've offered a service you don't provide.I pay you don't deliver.No decent customer service, so you make matters even worse by leaving your customers to deal with what seem to be bots reading from a script. Whether on your live chat (haha hardly live when you're left waiting way too long between replies) or on WhatsApp that bounces messages back.What happened to decent customer service?Is this it? Is this how your company works these days.So for a second time you owe me money.

Very disappointed with the service.on the 9 th January at around 10 am. Bought a sale item but the girl on the counter tried to charge me full price even after I pointed out it was on sale. She only charged the correct sale price after we insisted that she consult her manager. She then had the cheek to apologise to the person in the queue behind me for the delay but not to me for the inconvenience she had caused. Very badly mannered and trained staff.
