Absolutely disgusted with the members of staff in this store the way that they have treated my family is beyond a joke wrongfully accusing customers of theft with no proof whatsoever then no apology when found not guilty shame on you will not be coming back to this store

Bad experience they sell broken perfume with out any 1 drop of perfume for me
I bought perfume yesterday, opened the box and found that the bottle was broken and there was not even a drop of perfume left. If I had broken it myself, of course the box would still be wet, but there was no moisture or oil left. I brought the bottle to the store to have it looked at, but the manager said that there was no problem with the perfume sold to me, and did not allow me to exchange or return the product, but he still treated me badly, as if I had broken it. I feel very bad
The Canterbury branch manager, she spoke as if I had broken it myself and wanted to return it for a replacement, which embarrassed me in front of many people at the time.

The store was nicely organised and a good selection of styles however I was disappointed to see mainly small and medium sizes. You need a good selection for all sizes.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this Zara location. I waited in line for over 15 minutes while only one staff member operated the checkout. Despite several colleagues being nearby, no effort was made to call for assistance during this time. When help was finally requested, I was informed that the card machine at the till was not functioning and that cash payments could not be accepted?an unacceptable situation for a major retail store.
The issue required a manager to come and switch the till being used, which caused an additional delay of about five minutes. Throughout this process, the staff offered only a minimal and unconvincing apology.
While Zara as a brand is known for quality and style, this particular store fell significantly short of the standards I expect. The lack of efficiency, poor communication, and dismissive attitude from the staff left a very poor impression.

This must be the worst Zara in their chain. They are so rude and flippant they clearly don't want to work here. Dark long haired woman would no get order despite being free? Text message to show any employee an they would get your order. Not in this store! Unhelpful, and couldn't care less you have queued. Poins to an a5 note behind till to go to next floor. Unsuitable place to put the sign. Needs a new manager, new staff, a cleaner, and better stock that doesn't live on the floor.....

Terrible store. Love Zara but not the one in Canterbury. No stock of bags and shoes on shelves, only tills on ground floor open despite enormous queue. Staff miserable..probably because they are understaffed. Shocks me that Zara haven't realised that Canterbury doesn't have much to offer in woman's wear so this store could be a great store if Management put some backing into it.

Took 100 pounds for a 50 pound coat brought before Christmas. Taken until today to get any money and offered 10% compo what a joke . DO NOT LINE THIS COMPANIES POCKETS AS THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF !

me and my friend went to zara canterbury to buy a dress for her and as she?s waiting in the que and i?m browsing perfumes, a rude employee in a striped top and blue blazer storms up and accuses us of stealing. she asked what we are doing and we say just in the que to buy the dress and i am browsing perfume, she then proceeds to search my friends bag (moving around the things inside and touching her arm might i add) all to find absolutely nothing as we were in fact NOT stealing. after this she did not apologise for the mistake or miscommunication and proceeded to have an awful attitude while checking us out.
