Worst Delivery company Yodel and Evri Had Multiple issues with parcel either already half way through open or arrived Damaged even though it showed Fragile on box they delivered it squashed to pieces. Several times not just once but 20 plus times. Avoid

DO NOT USE.I had a parcel sent from someone through vinted. It was marked delivered to the collection store but when I went in they said they did not receive it. I contacted customer service who said it will be delivered on the coming Friday. Friday morning I get an email stating they attempted delivery even though they attempted the delivery at a time the store was closed??? They then decided to return to sender. When I contacted the store to get more information the shopkeeper informed me that a different packages with a different collection code had my name on it??? Customer service is a joke you can?t call them cause the phone is just an automated service and the chat people do not give any information. I keep trying to figure out how they could mess up delivering so bad, mark it as delivered, put my name on another random parcel, not check the collection stores opening time and then decide ?let?s send it back?. Like what????

robbed my parcel and said it was lost!! I even watched the courier through my camera, stand on my driveway then get back in the vehicle with my parcel! now I can't speak to anyone about it just robots or chatbots and they tell me to contact the seller as it's been lost!! can't believe it

DO NOT USE YODEL!!!I've had 2 parcels from Yodel in the last week, both have been delivered whilst I was at work. I have no 'safe place' to leave it in so both times they just dumped them on my doorstep! These parcels were expensive too, both were over £200, so lucky they weren't stolen as my road isn't the best.They have no regard for people's property, all they care about is getting the parcels out of thier vans! Absolutely disgraceful service! Would give no stars if I could.

Don't use, don't trust especially before Christmas. They gaslight you and send in-personal responses.I've worked from home all day and they tell me everyday they tried and I wasn't in. Still no parcel, raised a complaint further.They asked me to confirm if I live in a new building, I told them I don't, sent pictures, explanation, Google map links, even my specific location, and they're still telling me I didn't answer....No phone call no calling card.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option! Two days in a row the driver was unable to deliver as the sat nav didn't recognise my postcode. The driver tracking showed twice that he was within 500 yards of my home! The live chat is rubbish and patronising with no solution. In the end I've had to rebook to a collect store. I will never use yodel again. I've complained to their complaints dept but surprisingly noone has replied. Yodel you really are the worst and need to employ drivers who can use sat nav or upgrade to the one royal mail and dpd dhl and evri use.

Your drivers are appalling I have a front door also I have a large parcel box, yet your driver twice in a week have just thrown my parcel in my front garden found soaking wet, PLEASE HAVE A WORD WITH YOUR DRIVER,

awful just throw parcels over gate and to wrong address after paying extra to have it delivered next day and we have to go and collect parcels from peoples houses ourselves

Manager slammed his door while I was at reception speaking with the ladies. They said they would call me and never did and didn't apologise of or offer any resolution. They didn't seem to care that their courier was incompetent. Terrible service, communication and operations. Ladies didn't advise sender when parcel would be returned, just told him 3 attempts were made to deliver parcel and parcel was being held at depot for further instruction. I got there and they said they returned the parcel the day before. I have parcels arrive at my house multiple times a day and there's always someone in plus we have ring camera surrounding the property and we know for a fact that no attempts were ever made to deliver this parcel. The courier aparently didn't see our gate was open and didn't notice our driveway gate wide open. Three attempts! Really!? The courier just stood at the front gate according to his photos and probably even saw the mailman walk past him to our front door and yet he still didn't get it through his thick scull that you need to push the gate to open it or walk through the open driveway gate! Yodel is an embarrassment and a shambles and the management team slamming the door in my face is the reason I am really writing this review

I did not receive my package, even after a week. Yodel's customer service could not even locate it even after it had been 'delivered'. Very poor all around.
