My mum and I did our penguin experience with Sam, the lovely keeper, and it was an incredible experience. Sam was so helpful when explaining what we needed to do and how to feed the penguins properly and made the experience wonderful for us, even taking photos of us with the penguins afterwards. It's something we will remember for the rest of our lives

Brilliant day out

Me and my toddler had a great time! Lovely day out with plenty to do for all ages. Animals are diverse. I love the layout and how each sector seems to lead back to where you started so you don?t miss a thing. One of my highlights was the lorikeet feed and the go-karts. There was maintenance going on in the dinosaur park and tools were left on the pathway which seemed hazardous. I also fell unwell after eating at the lions den soft-play.. hence the lowered score. The cheetahs seemed a bit distressed and lion seemed malnourished. Overall it was magnificent and worth the journey.

Easily our new favourite park! I brought my daughter and my partner for their 14th and 32nd birthday?s to feed the wolves, cheetah, and lemur?s. The staff handling the experiences were amazing, very chatty, knowledgable and made the experience perfect for my inquisitive teen. Such a beautiful park, and now a clear favourite for us, as we have never been able to look at the animals as closely as we did here at Wingham :)

What a fantastic day out. Seeing all the animals and birds. Truly brilliant. My favourite are the giraffes but the meerkats are a very close second. The dinosaur Park for the children and big kids is excellent. Please go if you can, you won't regret it. There's also a soft ball play area for children but the animals are my favourite. We were there during the feed time which was special to see, with a lot of the animals close to viewing windows and areas.

My daughter's favourite place and great the way they are constantly building it bigger and better. I'm adding to my previous review as I have recently done the Tiger feeding experience, it was excellent and I loved getting up close to the big cats. Rebecca was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and extremely out going. She truly added to the experience.

Situated just a few miles from Canterbury in Kent. This medium sized zoo has a wide range of animals including big cats, bears, giraffes, penguins, apes and monkeys, wolves and much more. Their two lions were rescued and are living out their years in peace and safety. It takes a good 3 hours to get around everything. For kids there is a giant bug garden, a dinosaur walk where some are animated and there are inside and outside play areas too! There are places to buy food and drink dotted around the park and other areas where you can rest and eat your own food. There are plenty of toilets. There are talks from the staff, I joined one about the tigers and there was a Q&A session at the end. The keeper was knowledgeable and friendly. The zoo has a large and free car park. Many areas have good access if you are a wheelchair user.Entry prices are reasonable, quite a bit less than other zoo parks in Kent.

This is probably the best zoo I have visited. Excellent in every way. It was a long drive to get there but well worth it. Hope to visit again one day.

Highly recommend the Meerkat experience, Matt was so wonderful and made my daughter feel at ease so that she could really enjoy her time in the enclosure. He gave us so much interesting information about the Meerkats and he was just so welcoming and happy. The rest of the park did not disappoint, we all had a really lovely day. Thank you.

I have never been to Wingham Wildlife Park before and was taken there as a birthday present by my partner and his family. We did a complete walk if the park, despite the weather ;intermittent rain, that did not stop us.The highlight for me was the Tortoise experience, which the lovely attendant (Sam) led. He gave me a health and safety briefing before I entered the closure and then talked to me in detail about the animals, answering all my questions. I really appreciated it.Great time
