Today I want to complain about a dreadful and disgusting behaviour. Firstly, on the website, it says the closing time being 5.30pm. I got there 15 min to 5pm. The lady said in a very rude manner that its closed while still serving people at the counter. On my question why and explaining that I have a small parcel to send to my friend as a MUST today because she has cancer and she really needed it to be sent today. The lady said she's not serving me and told me to "get out cause she worked from 8am and she will not serve anyone anymore" (we were 4 of us, was a lady with disabilities and 1 elderly couple). I said please, my friend has cancer and i really need to send it today, i run from work to manage it. And bare in mind, her schedule was not finished yet, although she said they close at 5 because they are short staff. But she would still have time to serve us. And when I mentioned that, she told me to "shut up and go home". I asked her at least to serve the disabled lady because she clearly had problems with her legs and she had a big box she carried with a trolley. The lady shouted at us, saying that she has other things to do. I asked her name but she refused to give it to me. She's quite tall, middle age lady with dark blond hair and thick shape of the body. She was very rude and very aggressive. That's the most disgusting behaviour that a customer can experience. All people who were there, said that they will complain. As a strong suggestion, I would recommend to fire her because she clearly can not handle her job. Please do something about it because that's unacceptable. Beside the fact that she has no clue about customer service, she was very inhumane.

I miss staff upstairs, it's not a nice experience to look around for ages for certain items and pay at a machine without any personal contact.

Books, stationary and gifts, the post office is better now with the queue system spaced out.

Unfortunately the queues are horrendous so I do my own via self service including special delivery if need be.The staff are over worked and I preferred the original Post Office when owned by the Crown Post Office in what is now Prezzo and then which moved to what is now Sainsbury Local next door in Canterbury's High Street / St Peter's Street. All the crown offices have shut and moved in to WH Smith and the service is variable I have to say. The good one's are in WWC Tesco store and Coop Deal and Payden's in Deal.

Still performing well in the Canterbury High Street. The recent Smith's reorganisation is a big improvement, shopping is a much better experience now.

Went to get cigs today and wow they were very expensive, must make a fortune. Lady on till looked and sounded totally bored.Won't go there again
