Really lovely food and service was very good.
They were not particularly busy (Monday afternoon) and the lovely waitress, Mayia, who spent time explaining the menu in detail and the new reward App to join. She was a credit to the company

Had an amazing lunch today, our katsu curry and edamame was great, and our server Alana was very helpful and friendly. Great experience overall, will be coming back soon.

Vegetarian options: Lots of very clearly labelled veggie and vegan options!

Went in on Tuesday, 14/01/25, lunchtime, every dish was bland, not one single ingredient tasted fresh, the service was impersonal, all staff seemed away in their little worlds.

Amazing food and even better staff. We was served by Harry and he was very chatty and we learnt some fun facts about Wagamamas and also how to use chopsticks ?
Dietary restrictions: They are a no nuts restaurant which is amazing!! Can?t even have a snickers on your break! Great place

Overall good food but one of the waitresses was extremely rude, whilst serving and had blonde hair. Honestly it ruined the atmosphere and walked out unhappy with the treatment

First of all exemplary customer service at the Canterbury Wagamama. Great serving staff, all very friendly and efficient. But the two Ramens we ordered (spicy chicken, shirodashi pork belly) were the worst we?ve ever had! The all important ?broth? tasted like boiled water with a stock cube thrown in? resulting in tasteless, watery vegetable ponds in bowls. Totally lacking any dimensionality of flavours. Work on your Ramen broths Wagamama!

The best service I?ve ever had at any restaurant, such a wonderful experience with Harry, he made the impromptu birthday dinner of my friend so welcoming and exciting, not to mention hilarious due to his great humour! Will be visiting again so long as he?s there :)

On a busy day where we expected a wait, it was made soo easy by Harry?s politeness and clear communication on when we would be seated!
Harry is an absolute gem of a staff member in terms of managing the chaos and bringing peace!!
We were served by Maija and again we experience another lovely polite staff member who was caring and highly focused on getting our order right and making sure we had the best experience possible.
She checked up on us regularly and was very passionate about the restaurant and the different food we could try
Also she was very sweet to the kids
It?s not often at this time of year you can experience this level of costumer service

We usually have a delivery which was great until yesterday, absolutely enjoy the hot bowls but unfortunately the bowls were half empty this time in comparison to past orders, so disappointing ! Really put us off ordering again! (Canterbury)
