Contract ends in a month after 24 long months of the most diabolical signal I've ever experienced. Yet shop staff are unable to cancel contracts as they do not have relevant 'permissions'. 4G does not and has never worked in my 48 months with Vodafone in Canterbury. I have been using 3G for some remnant of signal, but this is being shut down imminently. Yet there is no 5G on the horizon. Shop staff advise me to cancel online (Vodafone's web chat is useless) and I have such poor signal that I'm not sure how they expect me to even call in the first place. Will also be cancelling my broadband with this dreadful company (which works fine) purely because I cannot bring myself to put any more money into this brand.

Ozgur Ozel? purchased an I phone 14 pro max with contract.. from start to finish I received a great service.. throughout the process I was well informed via emails on status of phone delivery to iCloud transfer in store.. Staff were polite and knowledgeable.. A slight delay in transfer of original mobile number but this was rectified promptly..Well done all am pleased I joined the Vodafone network..

Ok so my overall experience of Vodafone's service is shockingly terrible, 1/10, BUT this is based solely on the online and telephone options. Due to difficulties with them, I ended up in the store today and the guys in there were so kind and helpful it renewed my faith in humanity a little bit: 10/10.My advice would still be don't deal with Vodafone if you can help it, unless you know you can always go to the store if you need to talk to them. Thank you Ali and Dan for your help today!
