Always is very kind and has a lot of patience, offers the best deals and also very professional, honest about the products that he sells and i guess is the one who does his job properly in that shop.thank you for having him!he deserve a bonus!

I hardly give out a low star review, but I was sitting there waiting just to see one of the staff grab people who came in after me while I?ve been waiting for a while already, so I walked off and came back again for another wait until 5passed 4pm only for 15 mins service. Was originally gonna give 1 star but I give one more for Edward who is really helpful.

I walked into this store with a complicated issue, unsure of how it could be resolved. Thankfully, I was helped almost immediately by Sophie, who was absolutely fantastic. She was not only incredibly friendly and polite but also impressively knowledgeable. She listened carefully, reassured me, and effortlessly found the perfect solution to my problem. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and even enjoyable. I couldn?t have asked for better service?Sophie truly went above and beyond

The shop assistant Edward provided the store with a service that was not what I ordered. When the SMS was received after payment, I asked for help in eliminating the problem that had arisen. He did not apologize, moreover, he did not use such words as please and thank you at all. This was unprofessional service. I do not recommend contacting to Edward if you do not want to get into trouble. And the management needs to take measures to prevent such incidents, since this employee obviously does not even have a clue what customer focus is. If the call center had not helped me solve the problem that had arisen, for what I am very grateful to them, I would have switched to another mobile operator. With such employees, development and increasing the number of clients is a priori impossible.

Very bad service , I have very bad experience. They are not quite expert or efficient for handle customer problems. I think they need more training then they can improve themselves. . It is not good for anyone who is going to your store and you people can?t do anything and west our time but over the phone customer care people easily solve the problem. Now you people find out what you need to do. Thanks Iftekhar
