The girl who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband needed night vision anti dazzle glasses and she spent time advising him. She also dealt with my order for new glasses and insisted on cleaning the ones I had with me and tightening them up.?Really impressive service by her.

5 stars for service and how people are nice there. I had issue with my first glasses and to be honest i've replaced them 2 times because of bad construction, but everything about replacement was really fast. Right now i have new pair of glasses. Thanks for help and keep it up!

The team here have been fab, unfortunately I've had to undergo surgery recently and have needed emergency glasses which they have helped me to get at short notice. Olivia picked up that I had needed a prism she was very thorough and personable and every single member of staff have been kind and respectful and have gone over and above. If you see this at head office this team give your business a good name. I have recommended many people to go to this store off the back of my treatment here. Thank you thank you thank you! Went in today after spec savers refused to alter arms on a pair of blue light protection glasses ( online order elsewhere) I was cross as previously I?d always bought from there , however I shall not be in the future ! I popped into Vision express a saw a guy from Serbia who was helpful friendly and happily altered for me , such a difference in my experience? I will be shopping here in the foreseeable? highly recommended

Great experience at the Canterbury store. Went in to check out some alternative frames. Both Ana and Ryan were friendly and helpful with their knowledge and guidance. Thanks to all the staff there and in particular Ryan for his help with later sorting the frames and lenses.Jonathan

I recently visited Vision Express in Canterbury and was thoroughly impressed with their services! Located right in the heart of Canterbury, their shop may not be too big but they make up for it with their impeccable services. I was thrilled to see how many appointment slots were available and how easy their online booking system was to navigate - a definite plus for busy schedules. I particularly appreciated how they sent me a reminder when my controller was due.But what stood out to me the most was how much they catered to children. Not only do they accept kids, but they also offer plenty of free and stylish glasses at a discounted price for them on NHS. As a parent, I am always grateful for businesses that are child-friendly and accommodating.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Vision Express and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable optician.

Had an eye test with Olivia. My previous eye exam with a different optician was very disappointing (during Covid, had to mask up which fogged the equipment making it pointless, different optician didn?t make much effort and rushed the exam) I decided to try vision express one more time and saw Olivia. She was very professional, patient, assuring and thorough. You can tell she cares very much about the customer, thanks Olivia and the staff in Canterbury vision express, my new glasses and prescription feel perfect for the first time.
