Waste of time, they canceled my appointment for tire change, they called a few hours before the appointment and wanted to cancel it due to weather conditions and make an appointment next week I canceled job, Not recommended anyone this place.

Always friendly and quick service. Been going a good few years. Prices are decent and you can pre-order for fitting. Had an unexpected puncture recently and popped in first thing and they had it sorted within the hour. Booking recommended but they can definitely help out when you need it.

They cancelled the MOT for my car the day before it was due to go into the garage without any apology. I asked for a refund for the booking and I had to book elsewhere as their tester was on holiday! I was assured the refund would be given but it wasn't and I had to chase up. Terrible service

My experience with this company was very poor indeed. I booked andpaid for an MOT on their website. They then rang me to postpone it for the following day. OK - understandable. I arrived the following day, 5 minutes late, then waited in a queue for 10 minutes to be served, only to be told that I had missed my slot as I was 15 minutes late. And they haven't refunded my money. They obviously do not care.

As always the guys here pull it out of the bag when it comes to price and customer service. Used them a lot for the various 4x4?s I?ve owned over the years. Brakes, tyres, laser tracking etc.Thanks team.

My daughter took her car into the Canterbury branch for a service and MOT. She was emailed a quote of over £1,000.00 to get her car through the MOT and to service her car. She showed my the quote which I did not believe to be correct as her car has always passed its MOT. I booked her car into another garage where her car passed its MOT for £58.00!!!!!!The morale of this incident is never take you car into Protyre for an MOT!!!!I think it was a case of young gullible female being taken advantage of. I am disgusted that this sort of practice takes place this day and age.beware.
