Booked a holiday in haste and found when we looked closely at our itinerary they allowed little time between flight transfers. Some "great" hotels turned out to be miles away from the airport and needed expensive transfers. When we tried to explain we felt uncomfortable about the agenda then a senior manager became involved in our case and we felt very pressured. In the end we lost our deposit to an uncaring and unsympathetic system.
