Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. All the guys we dealt with were nice, deliveries were on time and they managed to get us some tiles that we liked, even if they were discontinuedOne of the best customer services (we renovated a whole house) and materials are qualitative. Our builders complimented the quality of the kitchen vynil and Gatsby tiles (bathroom floor) in particular.

Fantastic service received from Ryan and Rob at Topps Tiles Canterbury. They were extremely communicative with regular follow ups before sale, while organising delivery and post delivery. It has been an absolute please dealing with them and will certainly go back for our next project

Really good and friendly service received from Ryan and Rob recently .They had been very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them ! We wanted tiles which weren't in stock and would take too long to order so they suggested similar tiles which look even beter and they weren't too pricey either!! ! THANKS A LOT GUYS!! Fantastic service from Byron for the second time when we visited at the weekend. Really knowledgeable, gave good advice about colour schemes and what might or might not work well, even remembered our names and which tiles we had taken as samples. Highly recommended.

Lovely choice of tiles for all areas. Completely on trend with latest designs you can get what you want out of the latest brochure or Pinterest save. Plus you get good customer service from Byron with outstanding attention to detail, listens to what you need and easy ordering. Compared with other tile shops they stand out.

Went to the Canterbury store today and received very sound advice on floor a wall tiles. The sales team seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Also received 10% discount with blue light card. Great company and will definitely be using them again.

I went into Topps Tiles Canterbury on the Wincheap Estate with an idea of what I wanted, but low expectations of getting it. Looking around, I was approached by Kris to offer assistance. I explained what I was after, and whilst remaining very conscientious of restrictions, he showed me some options and when I particularly liked one type of tile - offered good advice on it- which adhesive and grout I would need and an attractive finishing edge. I left feeling I had made a good decision and money well spent.

I went into the shop with a colour in mind but not style.The guys (Rob and Byron) did a great job at helping me. The were knowledgeable on the current trends and what colours work well together.Overall, I?m impressed with the customer service and my tiles.

Would highly recommend ToppsTiles Canterbury. There is a great selection available and the tiles are reasonably priced. The team couldn?t do enough to help us in choosing tiles for our kitchen. A massive thank you to Kris and the team for all your help and recommendations.

Best tile shop in the land....... Canterbury Topps has been my go to tile shop for 10 or more years.... helpful and knowledgeable staff.I have even driven 20 miles out of my way before just so that I could use the Canterbury branch.Well done chaps ?
