Entrance to this shop is from Simmonds road side! No Maynard Road side. Nearly missed my collection. Also please don't link a telephone number to this shop, they have no phones in the shop.
Once I got there, it was a quick and friendly service.

Visited toolstation canterbury to collect adhesive foam and double sided tape, was served by a woman named Helen who claimed i have to be aged 25+ to buy the foams the actual age is minimum 18 im very 34 just for context, it clearly states on their website aswell, i told her i only had id on my phone drivers licence and passport only to be told no i dont accept that, she was being very awkward and dismissive and clearly not interested to help me, only i had suggested my wife who was waiting in the car has id and i had to get it refunded and resold under her name making the whole ordeal long and drawn out to which she did not even look at the id from my wife and just saw the card and proceeded to put through the transaction clearly not carrying out her due diligence she quite clearly wanted to enforce on me when i wanted to purchase them in the first place, i understand she had to use some discretion to decide the age but to not even know the actual age limit and to make the transaction very painful process surely this staff member needs to be reminded of what the customer experience looks like from the other side of the till and also needs to trained on the age limit of the products toolstation sell.
I have purchased foams and adhesives from here before with no issues but after my experience today i will no longer be coming to this location.

Called in today for a very small purchase - only around the £5 mark, a picture hook and chain. Despite the purchase being very small value wise - Mike was absolutely brilliant, really helpful letting me view the different options of decorative chains and hooks before purchasing. So much better than having to trawl around the shelves in B and Q, and cheaper!!!

Had a marvellous time here! Spoke to an older, small lady, possibly the oldest employee I?ve ever seen, who gave excellent customer service and sprinkling of banter. A very wholesome experience! So pleased this company are giving the elderly an opportunity to boost their small pensions by working part time jobs!

Ordering my new rise and recline chair was a good experience and Lee was most helpful. He explained everything and demonstrated all the positions the chair had to offer. There was no sale pressure and he took great care to ascertain that it was the right size for me and would meet all my requirements. The only trouble is that I have to wait! I have bought other goods on line and they were always good value. All in all a fun morning.
