Have been going here for years. The atmosphere is lovely, all staff are friendly and is a pleasant experience. Georgia always does a lovely cut. I cannot recommend Bo enough. I wanted rose gold hair which was difficult to achieve with my previous colours. No persisted and got me the colour I wanted. 10/10.

I got my hair cut done here recently. Now, every time I look in the mirror, I feel pretty down.
I asked for a cascade haircut and showed her a photo and described of what I wanted. I ended up with hair that's torn and really difficult to style. The hair on the back of my head is cut very short, and it's angled so it looks like a cap. And I did ask not to cut it short. The specialist didn't take into account the texture of my hair, which is very flat and doesn't hold a shape, and I mentioned her about it . She cut off so much hair that there's no way I can soften the haircut or cut it to a bob. The shape of the haircut is nothing like I asked for.
I went to this place because of a good review, but good reviews and high prices don?t guarantee a competent technician.
Overall, everyone was polite and everything was clean.
