Fantastic service with personality!
I popped in just to get a new set of keys made and was pleasantly helped by Bob - who couldn't be more an exemplary rep for Timpson. He was not only personable but clearly dedicated to his work and the customer experience.
Yet another reason I will continue to use Timpson - whilst a branded company each store I have visited feels unique and the service has always been fantastic.

**Bad** attitude to customers. I came to get keys cut and the sign on the door said the shopkeeper would be back in 20 minutes. This was a bit frustrating since the shop's advertised as open all day. But the sign said there would be a 10% discount for having to wait. A nice gesture, I thought. I came back 20 minutes later, and the shopkeeper refused to give me the discount. Why? Because I'd gone next door to keep warm, instead of physically waiting outside his door for 20 minutes. In February. In 4 degrees centigrade. In the sleet. I mean, seriously....

Took my watch in this morning to have the battery replaced. Thought I'd have to mooch around the store for a while like I did at another Timpsons but the guy replaced it on the spot, done in 5 minutes. Really great service. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful unit, convenient location in Sainsbury's Car Park lots of parking and there's a postbox close by too, meaning you "can kill "in my case "two birds with one stone", I got my shoes resoled today on the spot no fuss, friendly staff, always happy to help! The whole company has to be congratulated on finding good helpful and most importantly reliable staff to man their units.
