I bought 5G broadband unit on 20 March 2022 and as there was 0 upload speed, I returned it in the shop on 23 March 2022 (under 14 days return policy). I was told not to cancel my direct debit as I would be billed for those 3 days. However, I was billed 39.59 pounds on April 13th and there is an upcoming bill of 34 pounds on May 16. I have visited the shop three times so far. Every time, there is a new employee and I have to explain my ordeal again, and they promise to sort this issue. But still there is no relief from this. I don't want to cancel the direct debit as the company may raise issues and my credit score can get affected.The store manager Justin is a nice man. Justin, I request you kindly to please ensure my case is addressed, and I get my refund. It is very disheartening to see hard-earned money getting deducted every month for no reason. I request the 3 company to address my issue as soon as possible. I did not want to write this review. But since my problem seems to be persistent even after multiple visits to the shop, I am resorting to this. The customer care over phone and web chat is not helpful at all.Please solve my problem.Thank you.New update,I spoke to through the online chat. I was told that the unit has not been returned by the team in shop. I request the shop mananger to please process my return as soon as possible and facilitate my cancellation and refund.

Picked up 2 SIM cards for our Ukranian refugees today, one for the 9 year old boy too which I think is very generous. It's a pity the unlimited SIM is for 1 month only, but its still appreciated

Recently I have had an on-going issue with 3, trying to resolve this via their online service was near impossible. I called Canterbury branch for help and arranged to pop in. David took the time to listen and help. It was a complicated process, but David kept me informed through every step of the way. Thank you David, your customer services is impeccable.

Just upgraded my phone contract. I called into my local 3 shop in Canterbury & was helped by Amnaa, the brilliant young lady that works there! She was just AMAZING, her customer service was second to none. She was helpful, informative & made the traumatic experience of changing my phone to a new model(I am a technophobe)a BREEZE. She went above & beyond to get my chosen phone delivered in ONE day & was there when I popped back for her to transfer my data. A big THANK YOU to Amnaa. I am very happy with my 3 & my new phone. Big bosses take note...Amnaa is a STAR.

Awful, don?t go with Three, staff use strongarm tactics to get you to sign a bad contract which if you call them they offer different rates, surely it should be consistent through the company? Always call as they offer a better deal with upgrades etc but never use the store especially not this one rude staff that only care about how much they can sell not a good deal for the customer.

Never been moved to review a phone shop before! Joe, Trainee Assistant Manager, is absolutely brilliant. I called for advice first and he was so helpful I drove to Canterbury to buy their 4g Broadband and it works EXACTLY as Joe said it would and is really easy to set up.
