A fine enough pub but avoid their quiz like the plague
The codger running it said it was a tribute night in solidarity with Diddy (yes that one) and asked to be called Pub Daddy. It was all music based and the first round relied on his tubeless guitar playing where each repeat of a question sounded like a different song. Maybe it's better when he isn't running it but if you see an old bloke collecting the quiz fee run! At least Spoons are upfront about supporting awful people and cheaper!

Not so much of a cozy pub as a popular spot for drinks with your mates. On the main street through town this place definitely gets lots of foot traffic from locals and tourists alike. Good selection of beers and cider on tap and a smaller liquor selection. Cash, credit card and probably e-wallet payments accepted. The back room has an assortment of video games and dart boards for entertainment and live music is likely part of the routine here.

Took my family for a Sunday lunch on Sunday and what an amazing experience we all had 3 different meats home made roast potato's fresh carrots Brockoly and green beans pig in blanket Yorkshire puddings and stuffing I will definitely be comeing back 10/10 amazing food thank you

Lovely pub but needs a menu in the window as it will atract more business. The food inside is exceptionally good and the chef lady was so caring and knocked up some amazing plates.
The choice of fine was quality too we had a bottle of malbec which was superb.
Definitely will be back.xx

Rude confrontational staff, accidentally went into wrong door on new years day thinking it was the pub garden and got accused of being drunk and asked to leave when explained we haven't been here before, manager was on a power trip and having none of it. Would not recommend

A very lively pub located in Canterbury City Centre not far from the cathedral & close to numerous restaurants etc ( no food at present but I believe the kitchen can be rented). Open Mic night run by Gracie on Wednesdays, live bands etc on Thursday & Friday plus excellent DJ every Saturday. Very friendly & efficient staff. Natalie the manageress always has a chat with the regular customers. Have to mention Amber & Tiger (aka Rosie)..great barmaids!

First pub I went to back in 19 dickerty 13 when I was 7, I got wasted on half a crown and still had money for a bag of chips and bus fair home to Edinburgh
