Visited today as desperately need a new bathtub, 1 member of staff dealing with another couple but didn't even acknowledge the fact I had even entered the store not even a hello or please bare with me a few mins so ended up leaving after about 10 mins. Very bad customer service won't be going back nor recommend.

Appointment made but manager off sick. Trying to get the manager to come up with something different was difficult and not ideas not very inventive

Our visit to the bathroom showroom was brilliant. They had social distancing measures in place, and plenty of hand sanitiser available.We spoke with Aaron Cole, his knowledge was exceptional, and he was able to offer some great advice. If you are thinking of doing a bathroom, this place is most definitely worth a visit.
