Very sad to see the donation box for food being used as a waste bin.
I found broken eggs, a bag from KFC and empty bottles of water in it. Why people would do that!?

Certainly not the atmosphere for a weekly shop (why would you with free parking and cheaper at nearby Sainsbury's & Aldi) but top notch for chilled beer & a bite on a summer's day if you don't do £20 at the many admittedly charming pubs. Prefer a tenner in my pocket in fine weather!

The biggest disappointment for me about this store is thar it turned from a Tesco Metro to a Tesco Express. This meant that all the prices would go up automatically due to the fact it's changed from a Metro to an Express which there is already one of in New Dover Road. Shame.

Shannon who helped us today with a third party issue we were pushed pillar to post but she went above and beyond to proved the best customer service she could to some what resolve the situation. We couldn't be more grateful. Tesco needs more people like Shannon

Tina on 'Customer Service' this morning is lazy, unhelpful & dismissive. Refused to take an Evri Drop off at 0745 as she ' had no one to do it'. I can only assume that she felt this task was beneath her & it seems further training might be in order but it underlines the need for a mandatory retirement age of 65.

The security guard literally chased me halfway down Canterbury and accused me of stealing £1 milk that I literally paid for. He was also very rude and threatened me, when I proposed to go back pay for it he told me to get out of his face? Shocking customer service. Crazy how terribly you treat the customers that keep your business afloat.

I wanted to do my shopping in the store yesterday. I went to the tobacco checkout, the cashier (European haircut for men) did not want to take my Tesco club card customer number because I don't have the application. I explained to him that I couldn't download the app on my French phone. She didn't want to hear anything.
She was unpleasant.
It's shameful...
So I'll go to Asda, much nicer than this lady...
