I was given an old pound coin for my change noticed as I walked off and went straight back to get it changed I was then gaslighted by a manager who told me they don?t keep old one pound coins and couldn?t change it, when I explained that I had literally just been given it from the till she told me that I couldn?t have cause they don?t keep them! I ended up having to leave £1 poorer cause they refused to change it for me.

The sales advisor Hilli was rude and unfriendly at the till. I had forgotten my superdrug card and usually can type in my email, but she lectured me and became very hostile. I then showed her my student id and said she couldn?t do the discount for me. I asked why and she begrudgingly put it on. Worst customer service ever, will not be coming again. Boots is a much better experience.

Really good deals with and without the membership card. Only thing to look out for is the stock avalibility as thigs will just sell out in days and be gone for weeks.

24/06/22I usually hate going into Superdrug because I find it difficult to navigate. But I went into Superdrug today to pick up a Daisy Love by Marc Jacobs EDT that I had ordered online for pick-up and had a much better time.The experience was super easy thanks to John who made sure that I was quickly helped and provided me with stellar customer service. Despite the online order being quite difficult the in-store handling was amazing of the order was amazing.

Harassed by a rude member of staff and told off for testing makeup that was not a tester (even though I actually had not done so). I then tested an actual tester and he came and told me off again a second time and I had to show him the tube of make up withe the word TESTER on it! Superdrug, if you have a problem with customers testing the make up, maybe PUT SOME TESTERS OUT!! I?m a 50 year old woman I don?t expect to be treated like a naughty child when I am out shopping!
