Amazing food but service shocking from one evening, 8:45pm supposed to shut at 9pm, doors locked lights on, and young male worker came to door and instead of opening it and telling me they shut 15 minutes early, he looked at us without speaking through the door and locked the door more and laughed, will be going to another subway from now on :(

Eating here is just like eating a subway in New York, Miami, or Chicago...except from this one you see in the distance the magnificent and storied spires of the Canterbury Cathedral. Who wouldn't want to have that view whilst enjoying a fine subway sandwich?

I got refunded 9 pence for missing items and a cremated sub. I spent £18 to be traumatised by a sub that tasted like it was held over a Bunsen burner. I would rather walk a mile on Lego BAREFOOT than go there again.

It says on the sigh outside openes at 8am i went in at 8:45 doors unlooked walked in the be yelled at by a woman stuff member we are not open yet and when i said the signs says 8am to be i told i dont care what the sign say i say when we open

They keep hiring people who don?t speak any English at all. I oreldered food from there today spent £22 and never recieved my food on the map said the driver was around the corner he called me up and said outside outside but I was standing at the door and couldn?t see anyone I then called him back and he said no English no English so I said take the first left when you come in from the main road and then he just hung up the phone so I tried calling subway and their phon is switched off so I couldn?t call them to see what was going on so I?ve requested a full refund and have been told I can?t get one because on the just eat app it says delivered

When I visit Subway I have the same thing every time so it is always very interesting to see how different stores serve my food. I asked for a turkey salad and the salad items were prepared OK however when it came to the meat the man serving me just put the slices whole in the box. Normally when I have this it is chopped up and sprinkled on the top. I asked the man to cut up the salad and rather than doing that he just tore it up. Very disappointing. Never had that experience before and I hope not to have it again.

Subway was ok, however the seating area was dirty all tables had food/drink remnants and they weren't busy.
