I had to write a review about stale bread a few years ago and I find myself doing the same again now.
I just purchased a sandwich and had the same stale bread experience. Did they think I wouldn't know the difference between fresh and one/two day old bread?

This is the best subway in Canterbury and it?s always a pleasant experience to eat here. The staff is extremely professional and co-operative. The quality of food is well maintained! You would want to visit especially when the manager Akash is there, he makes the best subs! Highly recommend this outlet!!

Ordered a tuna wrap and the wrap had green mould over the wrap. Obviously a lack of fresh ingredients used. I Phoned and they refused a refund and was told to request it through just eat. No replacement offered. I won?t be ordering again.

Went for a quick meal just before going to the theatre. I asked for a chicken ceasar as a salad. She had to asked someone out back what it was. She then put lettuce tomatoes chicken cheese and bacon on it. Packed it up and gave to me. Not once asking me what salad, bacon or cheese I wanted. Then called colleague to do till even though nobody else in. I said the problem and was no reaction. Took it as was in a rush.

Absolutely pathetic service and staff without knowledge. Visited after a couple of years; ordered a sub like usual and staff charged more than the price of the sub. The reason for the price as said on checkout was that the veggies and sauces would be the ones "they recommend rather than my own choice" even though Subway's selling point is "I can make my own sub". So if I order a vegan philly steak, they are going to add a non-vegan sauce they like. No thanks.Vegetarian options: Could not make a vegan sub thanks to staff's incompetence.
