I called up prior to ordering on Deliveroo and asked some questions about the chai latte , the girl was was lovely on the phone and said that when my order comes through she?ll make sure to make the coffee the way I like it and we had a lovely chat , when the order arrived , I have 2 messages in the coffee and on the bag telling me to have a lovely day ? exactly what I needed after a hard week. I don?t know her name but if she sees this !! You?ve made my day thank you ?

Not sure if this rush hour or change of staff making coffee but the coffee experience has reduced a lot. We are regular at 11 am on Saturdays. There is lack of attention to detail by the barista, it feels the coffee is made in rush.

Absolutely unbelievable, I asked for an iced matcha and after waiting 30 minutes I got a hot chocolate, as I was in a hurry I couldn't deal with it. Understaffed and total incompetence.

Starbucks has consistently failed to live up to its reputation for quality and service. My recent visit to a local branch was nothing short of disappointing. First, the line was outrageously long due to an apparent understaffing issue. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, the baristas seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in moving things along efficiently. When I finally placed my order, the cashier was curt and inattentive, making the experience feel rushed and impersonal.The problems didn't end there. My grande caramel macchiato was lukewarm and tasted more like warm milk than a carefully crafted coffee. The syrup was unevenly mixed, leading to unpleasantly sweet bursts in some sips while others were bland. Additionally, the supposed "fresh" pastries were dry and stale, clearly not baked that day. The seating area was another letdown ? tables were cluttered with empty cups and crumbs, indicating that cleaning was not a priority.Overall, my visit to Starbucks was far from the relaxing coffee break I had anticipated. The combination of poor service, subpar product quality, and a dirty environment made it clear that Starbucks is not the premium coffeehouse it claims to be. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Was embarringly asked to leave this so called 'dog friendly' place because my sweet, kind amazing, gorgeous dog got a little excited and barked twice because he was really happy. Think I will stick to Caffè Nero who are always over the moon to see Barney every time he comes in for a coffee & a pastry.Either your 'dog friendly' or your not he has been in many times before. He's an amazing, kind and well behaved animal. Maybe you should ask any customer who speaks a little loudly to leave or a baby who's crying. People and animals make a little noise. I don't think I will bother with this dog unfriendly coffee shop, who claim to be welcoming of well behaved dogsMassive disappointment, and very embarrassed. Thanks for such poor service!

Plenty of Staff available but none of the Girls are bothered to clean the dirty tables.Instead of keeping things tidy, they wait for new customers to come in.The Floor is dirty too.Hey Girls, you don't just get paid to serve coffees, you get paid to clean as well as serving.Quite disappointed.Coffee was okay.05.04.2024 15:20 pm

The staff is extremely polite and their service is amazing. My lid was broken and spilled some of my drink and they offered to make it again.
