The one who takes orders is rude, spends his time doing his hair.
No patience with new customers.
Uneasy atmosphere.
(I looked at the screen with the advertisement for their hot drink and this character didn't like it).
As they say at home, when you're not happy you don't come back.
In terms of cleanliness and friendliness, there is work to be done.

Alex Keith is a top notch employee! Extremely helpful and charismatic! Made my drink exquisitely.
I?ve had previous bad experiences at this location but every time he works it makes up for it.

Food and drinks well overpriced. I asked for a white americano and she asked me whether or not I wanted milk and on top of that the coffee didn't taste good

Took my own cup for a cold filter with oat milk. Nisa served me and did a great job as I'm not good with ordering on the app.
Dietary restrictions: Oat milk available at extra cost!

Nice place, good quality coffee as one can expect from Starbucks. Staff was polite.
However, AC at 16 degrees and maximum fan mode, making the place unbearably cold. Even wearing a hoodie, started displaying early signs of hypothermia after 20 minutes and had to leave.

I would like to point out that this team are fantastic... Im not from Canterbury but I had the best experience in this branch. I am a fellow Starbucks worker from many moons ago but I have never experienced such energy, welcome, and service from any other Starbucks even in my home town, I would also like to give a shout out to seph who worked there!! They were absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately my survey time ran out but I want to make sure they get noticed for their hard work ??? keep up the good work.. This is what Starbucks is for.. The atmosphere, and absolutely had it ???

Atmosphere is nice but staff very rude despite asking nicely. I asked for a bit oftimey as was asking the children what they would like and Mr American student went out straight rude fixing his fringes and telling me to wait when I was ready to order when he was just chatting with the barrista.Been to other Starbucks in Canterbury and around the world and never had this kind of unmannered staff before. Such a shame.Croissant cold and squishy, coffee meehh.The Starbucks staff near Aldi are way better.Staff need better training or at least some customer service/courtesy 101, no excuse if you are a student, this is a job you are paid for and should learn from both professionally and in life.

Wanted to view upstairs seating area as worked in this space for 13 years in the 1950/60's when it was the Co-operative Insurance Society offices. Interesting change of use. Only had coffee.
