I bought one Polo shirt for my friend but unfortunately he doesn?t like that one. So I don?t need this T shirt. When I was in their store they said they don?t have refund policy, they can exchange. I was surprised about their refund policy. In all over the uk all stores have return and refund policy. I think it totally wrong policy. I think this policy should review by GOVT. Customer Satisfaction Authority. Otherwise all customers will be loos their money. Thanks

I was upset because i didn't realise that I could not claim a cash refund for unwanted trainers that I bought. For me it was quite a learning curve in customers' rights. Apart from that Sports Direct seems to stock a lot of hard to get hold of activity equipment that are unavailable in-store in any other high street sports shop. For that they are worth a visit but just be mindful that you will not get a cash refund if you change your mind after making the purchase.

Excellent shop as always they have everything at a good price. Not one of the biggest so would class as medium size. As all employees trained to be so miserable or is it the customers who make them like that?

They so dodo, I was tryna get a basketball and they kept getting me confused like they were cool not working a 2p an hour job and they started acting up and being rude when I found the basketball myself . I asked the lm to give it to me but they said mmhm ok and they just disappeared like they were mysterious ???

The shop and staff are good, but stay away from Karrimor as a shoe brand!Bought a pair of trainers (had them 6 months) a pair of brown walking boots ( had them 8 months) and a brand new pair of Ridge 2 WTX hiking boots and they failed putting them on the very first time. Photos enclosed. They just don?t last and are a lot of money for cheap rubbish that seems to be built sub standard. Also I was told by the staff at Canterbury branch that unless I have my receipt or proof of purchase they will NOT refund or exchange, I offered to prove by bank statement but because I had purchased several things together they stated this didn?t prove I had purchased the shoes from them!!Left very angry, disappointed and won?t be using the brand ever again.

Cold and lonely, I strolled into sports direct. In from the heavy rain outside.I had a paper primark bag that had crumbled in my hands. Useless ... I asked about stock and the answer was duno ... No trying to find out just I duno n walked off to continue what they were doing .. then I when I found what I needed with no help from staff .. trying to get someone to grab me the shoe size was another hassle ... I decided not to buy from the store as why should I give a place with such shocking service my money ... Seriously sort it out .
