It?s a shame that the only thing letting this shop down is the staff, almost every one of my coloured friends who have visited this establishment has said they felt very judged the minute they stepped foot in the door and claims that the workers whisper and constantly keep a very close watch on them. I can confirm this as true because I visited this shop with my friends who happens to be of colour and we were judged and spoken about by the workers. I will not be returning this is an incredibly racist and prejudice establishment.

I found exactly what I was looking for on line and as I live in Carmarthenshire South Wales there is no chance I can get into the shop, which is a great pity. Lucky for me they have a fantastic on line buying service, so I was able to buy my partner the exact quirky gift he wanted. I am over the moon! Great Communication and very fast well packed delivery. Been shopping here since I was a teen and every time I'm in Canterbury I always pop in and I always find something to pick up.Just an absolutely incredibly independent store, very authentic, very good quality and everything is ethically sourced/produced. Products I?ve bought over a decade ago are still in very good condition.My main advice to people is to check clothing sizes because if the item is from Nepal, their sizes run two sizes smaller for Westerners. So a Nepalese Large size would be a western Small size etc.Staff are always so accommodating, knowledgeable and incredible helpful and friendly. They really add a positive vibe to the store.Will be shopping here for many years to come.

I have purchased many items via the Siesta website in recent months.I have spent time in local shops in Devon and Siesta items are always on sale, however the website has so much more, it?s just a shame I live quite a distance away to visit the shop.The quality on clothing is very much what you would expect, warm, colourful, easy to care for (if you read the label) and very good quality that should last for a long time.Customer service is amazing, and delivery is very quick and reasonable! Love the recycling of material for postal items.Definitely a place I intend to shop for sometime to come!Ps. Thank you for my Mushroom stool

Been coming to this shop since I was a child. I always drop in when I am in Canterbury, even if I am looking for nothing in particular.I love this place; great variety of interesting things to explore. I will always look forward to visiting whenever I am in the area!

Really lovely shop with a vast collection of stock, well kept and welcoming, staff are polite and helpful, prices are really good considering the quality and compared to what I pay for the same items in Camden and Greenwich. Definitely worth a visit

I?ve made it habit to visit siesta every time I visit Canterbury. The products are fairly priced and are high quality. The staff are also very nice and welcoming .Cant wait to come back next year!

This store is really beautiful. It has handicrafts from various parts of the world. Nichos and Judas from Mexico and I also saw figures from Peru. The price is not that expensive but one thing can be bought. The girls who work there are very friendly.
