“I've always gone to Timpsons to see if my shoes are worth repairing instead of replacing and they always without fail fix my shoes quickly. This week my shoe broke on the way to work, and I ran to Timpsons after work to see if they could mend them. The lovely Ian had them fixed and didn't even charge me. The customer service here has always been fantastic but this made my day and I'd always recommend Canterbury Timpsons for saving your favourite shoes!”
