Booked in for a screen replacement at 5pm via Apple, which said same day. Arrived and whilst they had the part in stock they said it would take more than 30 mins and they were closing in 35 mins, so they?d have to keep it over night. I took AppleCare+ because I need my phone for work so can?t leave it. I drove 40 mins and paid for parking for nothing. Don?t take the booking for same day if you can?t do it!

Scam Warning ? Avoid This Place
Total scammers and a complete waste of time. I will definitely report this to Apple. They wasted my time ? I came an hour ago just to replace my battery. They told me it would cost £65, and I agreed. Despite my phone being just two seasons old, they then told me I had to replace the back cover as well and quoted me £650. Absolutely unbelievable. I still don?t understand how Apple gave these people authorization. I do NOT recommend this place. Stay away!

This review requires reading their email to me so you?ll realise how shambolic their whole operation is. Wanting to keep someone?s phone on hold at the store 1-3 business days for a battery replacement is ludicrous. There is no way that this is Apple policy and if it is it?s news to me. Shambolic customer service, please see their response:
?Once we have confirmed the issue at hand, we will then take some details from yourself and book your device in for repair. As we are not allocated the part you require for your repair, it will take 1-3 working days to repair seen as we will need to order the part in. During this wait time, we must keep your device in the case there is further damage caused whilst the part is on order because if there was damage, we would have to restart the process again further delaying your repair whilst also forcing payment which you would be made to pay for that damage. As its against Apple's policy to do forcibly charge customers, that is the reason we have to keep your device during the turnaround time.?
The 2.5 star average reviews seem to be accurate.

Awful experience. Staff seem wound up and stressed - funny vibe in the store. Ended up getting a refund on a laptop that should never have been recommended and be careful what they charge for 'An Insurance letter' - total rip off.....

After being ganged up on, bullied for being autistic at Blue Water Apple Store. The lady tech (whom has ginger hair) and lad who was working with her, did everything they could to help me, spoke to me with respect, they were patient and allowed to me to speak without speaking over me or interrupting me. I cant thank them enough for making a really awful stressful day a little better. The staff were really fantastic.

Was misled Apple care on top of a purchase. I asked for 4th gen and they gave me 3rd gen. Now they state I can?t return, even though it has been a week. Disgusting.

Would not recommend this store at all. Apple support booked the apt for us and advised the store could help.
The gentleman asked if we had apple care plan which we didn?t and he said we don?t repair devices without it, you will need a new ipad - this was without even investigating the issue. I then asked if he could at least trying plugging the ipad into a computer to see if it would work which he did and then came back to tell me he could try a restore but would cost me £29 but ?it is clearly a hardware issue and we don?t repair?. We declined this as I wanted to try restoring it myself by borrowing a laptop.
Fortunately we managed the restore and it was a software issue - I had this confirmed by apple support who also informed me the store should not have been charging £29, it?s a free service! So not only was he trying to make us buy a new ipad we did not need but also wanted to charge us for free support. Disgusting!

I came into the shop and was served by a very nice gentleman, I believe his name was George. He was so calm and patient as I explained about what I was looking for, he gave me a clear and understanding breakdown on any questions that I had. Overall he was a wonderful person to talk to. I ended up leaving the shop with 100% satisfactions and even a few sales for them. If you go to the shop at any point I recommend asking for George to be your sales person, I am very happy with my purchases.

It was an absolutely amazing experience, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I didn?t know how to use my computer as my son setup all my accounts, but they helped me figure it out in no time. I will definitely be back in the future.

Went in because my phone camera had broken twice. Both times two lovely people supported me in where and what to order. I want to highlight especially what one of them said when I was a bit embarrassed that I?d gone there a week previously and still had yet to order the item because it was too overwhelming. He just very kindly said ?sometimes we find things hard, that?s okay, we can help? and as a stranger it was just a very wholesome validating kind moment, thank you!
