It was with a little trepidation I booked my iPhone 11 battery service here, after reading some fairly harsh reviews here.So, to give them a fair chance I phoned them to ask the questions needing answered from lack of info in the process.1. Booking a time slot does NOT guarantee they have the part. If a customer happens to come in earlier than you asking for the same thing: they get it2. If you have the product with them before 2pm, they will repair the same day (new battery in my case) so I can?t comment on other products3. Remember.. this is NOT an Apple Store and yet, it seems Apple even forget thisHaving established the facts and knowing what to expect, I dropped my phone in this morning.. just over two hours later, I had a call telling me it?s ready to collectThe staff were all excellent and professional throughout.Interestingly, even when I was in the shop, a customer was sent away again, with the same advice he was given earlier in the day, that he needs to contact Apple. It?s evident there is a disconnect for the non-listening customers here.I can?t fault the service today

Rude, patronising and dismissive staff wanted to charge me nearly £1000 for a replacement Macbook screen. Apple Store replaced it for free. Avoid this place like the plague, one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.

Booked for two iPhone batters to be replaced via apples website. Usually I will only go down to Bluewater for a repair. Unfortunately timing was bad this week and didn?t have time.Thought sod it. They are apple approved and drove the 17miles one way.Get there for our appointment time and they didn?t even bother to call to cancel and clearly it?s a customers problem that their technician called in to be off sick. Waste of time and I won?t bother again.The poorest customer services I?ve ever had to deal with. I shouldof checked shop reviews first. Even their responses to the reviews here are shocking. Case ID: 102198017326 as clearly they seem to think the people not putting it in their reviews are fake.What are Apple thinking recommending this place.

Came into this store to trade in my old phone for a new one as a gift my mother. The staff member (Niall) who served me kindly explained the issues with my old phone, troubleshooted them for me which saved me a whole load of money. After this, I ended up giving my old phone to my mum instead. He could have easily sold me a new phone, but instead took the customer centred approach instead. Kind staff, efficient service, great advice. I struggle to see how the 2/5 google rating reflects the service I experienced. Would recommend.

They never answer their phones calls from the shop. Spent three days non-stop calling, but no response. What a bad service.

Drove 17 miles to seek technical support for my AirTag, which is still under warranty. Got told that I changed the battery so warranty voided. Contacted Apple and they dealt with it promptly and professionally with a replacement in the post.The staff in the store were not helpful. Not sure if they should call themselves geniuses?

Do not bother, poor service and quite frankly iv been left astonished? no care what so ever let alone customer service!Booked in for an iMac diagnosis and repair. Got told what it was, paid £548 immediately online for the repair, part was then for some reason ordered in (not on the shelf) 10days later told part was in but sent back as it was stained (bizarre, clearly not a new part) rang the store, very vague and unhelpful. Told them to cancel the order send my money back and also the computer as were now over 10days. Still waiting for my computer and money back which is what I use daily for work. AVOID them and their repair service if you want a good experience!!!! Horrendous!

Considering the huge difference in size of the watch ultra compared to the series watches. I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to try one on for size. (Appointment made at Curry?s. Your loss. -£799.00)

Spectacularly unhelpfulI made an appointment through apple for battery replacement.Was told that my macbook is now vintage so they do not make batteries for it anymore.My option was to send it away for 5 days and pay £49.00 but the employee told said he doubted it was possible to replace battery so likely a waste of money and timeI asked if it was possible for him to call or email to better understand if they would be able to replace- he said no we don't have a telephone number or or email for the repair shop.I'd taken the afternoon off work to attend my 'repair appointment' so you can understand I was frustrated and mystified by this.I said so let me understand and repeated his answers back to him.He said 'Yes, have a pleasant evening'.Unhelpful and passive aggressive..... double whammy.I called apple who assured me that it's no problem to replace my battery.It?s all fixed now running beautifullyI wish I'd read the other reviews before wasting my time.I made a complaint to apple- given that my experience was clearly not a one off I wonder why they are recommending this store.

Been in twice this week for different things and been treated the same . Went in to buy the new AirPods which ( weren?t in stock ) but the guy was rather rude about it . So I?ve now brought them else where . Every time they are so unhelpful , unwilling to serve and rude ! Won?t be visting again will go to blue water

Truly awful service, not interested what so ever. Looking to have Apple Watch looked at and potentially upgrade to a new one! Really will never go back here EVER! Driving to Bluewater instead. The shop was empty but very unwilling to assist in any shape or form.

Awful service! I arrived for a scheduled iPhone battery replacement appointment, booked through Apple. I was met by assistants who clearly did not want to be there, and was told that because my battery capacity is still over 80% (81!), Apple will no authorise a repair to take place. Wasted journey and time. I subsequently spoke to Apple support who confirmed that this is a complete fabrication and nothing to do with Apple. Latterly booked in at an Apple Store, who successfully and professionally changed my battery.YOUR MONEY IS HARD EARNED. SPEND IT WITH PEOPLE WHO WILL GIVE YOU A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS SERVICE, NOT THESE CHARLATANS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!1 star is a bit generous.The service there is awful and the staff do not care. It would be quicker to go to Tunbridge Wells or Bluewater to receive good quality, quick help rather than wait around for days for poor service. Wish I had read the previous reviews before taking my phone to the Canterbury store. I will not be back
