I have been going to sallys since it was ogee when my mum was a hairdresser, I?ve also been hairdressing for over 30 years and I have never had a bad experience with any staff or management. Never had a problem with returns either. I really hope the few negative reviews doesn?t put people off. They all go above and beyond to help you and have good knowledge of products.

Had a great experience at Sally's I've now converted from capital to here. Manager was poilte helpful and approachable. Happy with service and a variety of products for my clients!! :)(

Unfortunately I will never be returning. The manager with the blonde hair is disgusting with people. She talked to me like something she had stood in. Shame because I was about to spend hundreds. I will go elsewhere as there are plenty of better places around!

Everything is so expensive, and you pay almost double if you really need it. And I don?t understand why the staff are so unwelcome.
