We recently adopted our beautiful new cat, Sid, through the RSPCA and we are so grateful for all the help we received from Scarlett! She was incredibly kind, patient and made everything so smooth and stress-free. Her genuine care and love for the animals really shone through and we couldn?t have asked for a better experience. Collected Gordon this morning, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Sent us home with a goodie bag to tied us over as wasnt sure what he ate so very helpful. Would adopt from here again :)

My son, daughter and me had a wonderful experience picking up our two new cats today. Scarlett was really helpful and professional and clearly cares about her job immensely. Prior to visiting all the checks were done efficiently and on the day we were well looked after. The rehoming centre was clean and tidy and everyone was clearly working hard. Fantastic centre and lovely people.

Would love to give them 5 star review but unfortunately they have lost all my respect so are getting a 1 star.
They would rather put happy cats in prison in their pods rather than leaving them in a home where they are happy and doing well.

I took in a cat for a couple off days feed it phoned the RSPCA was asked could I not keep it my answer was no I have a dog who doesn't like cats then was told to take it to them.Disgusting response so no they do not care the advert is fake.?

Scarlett at the Canterbury RSPCA branch helped us re-home two lovely tabby cats. The process was simple and we were able to meet a number of cats at the centre before the two pussies in question chose us. The ladies were given a full health check by the vet and were vaccinated before we took them home a few days later. They have settled-in very well and seem to be enjoying their new home. Scarlett was attentive & friendly throughout and we found the process to be straightforward & reassuring. We would certainly recommend the RSPCA cat rehoming scheme to anyone looking to welcome a new pusskit into their home.

Lovely people, really care about getting the right cat for you. They found the most perfect cat for us in Bertie (fka Boycee!) and he is the gentlest, friendliest most loving moggy anyone could want. I highly recommend adopting from rspca canterbury.

My wife and I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of using this RSPCA branch in helping us to adopt the newest member of our family, Molly.
First and foremost the centre is a bit of the beaten path but once arrived found the setup calming and pleasant.
Staff are all friendly and willing to help but special shout out to Scarlett whom we dealt with through the majority of the process.
Sad to see how many cats are in poor condition or the sheer influx of cats that come in, but more of a showcase is the team's resilience and the record number of adoptions they complete.
Don't hesitate to visit as they are quite accommodating to interested parties, not to mention you are bound to find your forever feline friend with just the first visit!

What can I say about the lovely people at the RSPCA Canterbury and District, when I contacted them about adopting a cat, they were so helpful, caring and kind to me! I thoroughly recommend giving them a try, I promise that you will not be disappointed, for I was not disappointed by their professionalism and true concern for the animals welfare. Finally, my rescue cat is Sheba, she is my world.
