Good range and value for money clothes. I visit often, but poor experience last time. I finally located a bra set I wanted but couldn't find the lovely young lady who's normally in lingerie and her replacement wasn't interested in helping - having explained to me that the items' size bore no relation to the sticker on the hanger 'because they don't send enough', she said the only way to assess size was to look at each individual washing label. She then left, as did I - the prospect of fiddling through 50 items to find one in my size, well, sorry Primark, but life's too short.

Primark is great, however the bra sizes are stupid they do not fit right at all I got the size I would usually wear and it was about 3 sizes smaller if they fix this perfect 5 stars

Branch within the White friars shopping area in Canterbury,Kent.
The store is huge,set across 3 floors.
There were some very low prices with t- shirts at just £3.
The store is paid out in logical sections, women's on the ground , more women's on the first floor plus the mens section. On the top floor you will find kids clothes and homeware.
Access for disabled and wheelchair users is good,as well as escalators there are two lifts serving all floors. Additionally there are stairs.
My only real criticism would be the lack of tills open, there was a line of around 35-40 people waiting to pay and less than a quarter of the tills open.
There is parking around the City centre but it's not cheap,my advice would be to use one of the three park n' ride sites, it's £4 for the whole day and buses from all three sites stop at the bus station adjacent to the White Friars area.
Canterbury East rail station is a 10 minute walk away,Canterbury West 25-20 minutes.

What the h-ll am I supposed to say about Primark! It's cheap and uncheerful. Great for teenagers. Occasionally you get a wow, but not today, Josephine, not today. It was open later than most shops so well done there (6pm).

The short height lady is a terrible manager, i asked for a refund/ exchange for a faulty show that nearly gave me arthritis, had my feet swollen, toe swollen, shoe bites, and she still wouldn?t do it after insisting for 20 minutes. The quality is soo poor this kind of shoe i got should be for £2 not £20 . She said the shoe is not faulty but its faulty enough for my doctor/ nhs to say that i can get terrible arthritis because of this shoe. I am going to go report this in consumer court. Terrible management considering i am a regular shopper. Lost an honest customer
