Such an amazing meal at prezzo. Beautiful girl called Nina served us. She was extremely polite, welcoming and happy. Nothing was to much trouble for her. I hope she gets many more positive reviews she so deserves them!!

Fabulous venue and staff super helpful and attentive BUT what has happened to the food choices? Portion sizes are greatly reduced in size and all 6 of us were very disappointed with the presentation/basicness of our dishes.
This place used to be great and you felt you were eating upmarket pizza/pasta dishes in a lovely restaurant (venue is still great) but food presentation and layout has really gone downhill now - very sad
Sadly we will not be returning in a hurry but will now try out independent food establishments in the City

Overpriced, small portions and disappointing

No point coming here to be honest. I have been to this specific prezzo about 3 times now. First time we waited ages for our order to be taken and even longer for our food to actually come out (it was a tuesday evening and NOT busy) and when the food finally came out it wasn't even fresh or hot. Second time we eventually gave up coz it took about 45 mins for them to even take our order. The most recent time was nothing new. Still took forever, drinks were warm and ice had all frozen, food took unnecessary amount of time. but the waiter was lovely and it is obvious that everyone else had a good time. just a shame the wait is so long and off putting.

Really enjoyed our visit today. Bella was an extremely cheerful, friendly and professional server. Prezzo had stopped doing a cocktail that we liked but we showed her a photo of our last visit and she was able to get the same cocktail made up for us. She was very attentive and made our visit even more enjoyable.
The pizza and lasagne were delicious.
