We travel from Birchington to go to Canterbury Pizza Hut as our nearest one in Westwood Cross was appalling when we went there. Cannot really fault Canterbury- sometimes there seems to be a lack of variety but that?s because it gets eaten so fast & the salad bar could have a bit more variety but there?s still plenty there. Canterbury wins in pizza!!
Parking: Plenty of car parks in Canterbury

Had a great experience here for lunch today. Food was quick, buffet and salad bar were stocked, staff were friendly and the tables were cleaned super quick. 10/10 would totally recommend the chicken fajita on the handmade base!

Terrible experience with a lady who was dealing with take away orders this afternoon - 13/1/25. She was rude and patronising and did not help at all when there were issues their end on my order being accepted. She ended up charging me more for my order because of this even cutting me off mid conversation with her because an Uber/Deliveroo rider apparently has priority over another customer that you are in mid conversation with.
Edited: to add insult to injury they got the order wrong.

Absolutely awful. When we walked in we noticed several tables hadn't been cleared, that should have been the sign for us to turn around and walk out, however we have enjoyed Pizza hut in the past when the kids were younger. On this occasion it was very apparent that food delivery collection drivers took precedent so although the manager explained our pizzas would be a bit longer than usual I just don't agree that food delivery companies should go to the front of the queue as it were. The salad bar was ok but because there were only two staff members that we could see, things weren't getting replenished as quickly as they should have. The restaurant itself looked unkempt and tables hadn't been cleared. When the pizzas did arrive they were not what we remembered from Pizza Hut, the base was almost cardboard like, all in all not a good experience at Pizza Hut. We will not be paying another visit to any Pizza Hut store I'm afraid to say..... probably another establishment that will disappear off the high street if they really don't improve their menu and general offerings.
